You can purchase in-game items listed by other players in the item trading market. Additionally, you can list and sell the items you own.
Owned items can be used for trading and within the game without causing NFT destruction.
After the trade, the original lease remains effective, and you don't need to pay any fees again.
DAO Fee: Set by the game author during registration, it represents the percentage allocated to the DAO fund, ranging from 1% to 10%.
Author Fee: Set by the game author during registration, it represents the percentage allocated to the game author, ranging from 0% to 20%.
Seller Receives: (100% - DAO Fee% - Author Fee%) * Item Price
